Paul directs the mobilizing, envisioning and training of partnership facilitators for INTERDEV's international operations. Paul has a long history in international missions: two years in Afghanistan, two years in Amsterdam, two years in Nottingham, UK, and eleven years as YWAM's London Director and member of their national leadership council. He has strong grassroots experience in housing rehabilitation, street evangelism, coffee/bar ministry, church-planting, teaching in Christian schools and outreach to AIDS victims in cooperation with local churches.
Since the publication of this book Paul has left Intedev and is now practicing law in the Seattle area and assists Interdev in some training programs.
