David is a seasoned urban professional who directs World Vision's Hong Kong operations and China Project. David participated in the 1992 USI and has been an active participant in Pacific Rim Think Tanks and other IUA projects world wide. David also pastors Swatow Baptist Church with a staff of seven that is planting Churches in Mainland China. David is planning to stay in Hong Kong after 1997.
