Steve planned and implemented all IUA Consultations and engagements outside the USA, as well as selected major consultations in America. He also oversaw the financial management, fundraising, and corporate structure of IUA.
Before joining IUA, Steve had a varied career in the high-technology communications industry and formed three separate companies to do telecommunications and management consulting, international trade and computer sales and service internationally. He has served on numerous boards and assisted with the start-up phases of many inner-city ministries in Chicago. Steve has been involved in many phases of urban ministry ranging from hand-on to strategic planning and visionary development.
