Caesar is respected worldwide by the Evangelical community for his work with the poor in Soweto. He is the founder and Executive Director of Youth Alive Ministries as well as pastoring Ebenezer Evangelical Church. Caesar is also the Chairman of the Opportunity International micro-enterprise development project in Soweto along with several other micro-enterprise projects. He is a lifelong resident of Soweto and lives there with his wife and four children. His personal journey in Soweto is described in his book, Flame for Justice.
