After completing studies at Gordon-Conwell seminary, Craig moved to Arlington in 1989 to serve as the Executive Vice-President of the Mustard Seed Foundation, a family foundation founded in 1984 by members of the Bakke and Harvey families under the leadership of Dennis and Eileen Bakke. The foundation seeks to help churches in cities around the world by providing small grants to enable the church to launch ministry efforts in their community. Craig currently lives in Arlington with his wife and two sons.
