Brett Boston is President and a founding partner of Group Solutions, Inc., a consulting firrn that does management training and organizational development.
Brett is a graduate of Emory University with degrees in Economics and Political Science. He did his graduate work in Economics at American University and Georgia State University. Before entering training, he worked as a lobbyist on deregulation issues in Washington, D.C. and with the Georgia Legislature.
Mr. Boston is a nationally recognized expert on computer supported team meetings. He is a sought after speaker, trainer, and team leader on computer-supported strategic planning and large system design projects. Mr. Boston is currently designing techniques for virtual teams management; the audio, visual, and data linking of globally-dispersed project teams. His expertise also extends to the great outdoors with the development and implementation of programs dealing with team dynamics in experiential learning situations. Brett acts as the facilitator for former President Jimmy CarterÕs sessions in conjunction with The Atlanta Project and the Carter Center. His clients also include Coca-cola, BellCore, BellSouth, Digital, Dupont, Georgia Department of Education, Department of Defense, U.S. Army, Turner Broadcasting System, The NutraSweet Company, Atlanta Breves, Atlanta Hawks and in Europe: Lego, Finnair, Gjensidige, the Government of Norway, The Lord Mayors of Copenhagen, Andersen Consulting, Bull Groupe, and Oticon. He has personally facilitated over 2000 electronic meetings and is considered one of the leading electronic meeting facilitators in the world.
