Scott David is employed by Florida Aviation Management Development Associates. Mr. David functions as organizational development consultant, work group facilitator and collaborative technology coordinator at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) center for Management Develop ment (CMD) in Palm Coast Florida.
Scott is a graduate of The university of the State of New York with a degree in Sociology. He has done graduate work at Troy State University pursuing a masters degree in Human Resource Development.
Mr. David's background includes 10 years experience as a technician, supervisor and programs manager in aviation and aviation electronics fields and 12 years experience as a Human Resources Director, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Leadership and Management Facilitator Trainer. Scott has designed, developed and administered training workshops, courses and programs in Self-managed Work Group Development, Total Quality Implementation, Organizational Effectiveness, Substance Abuse Abatement and Equal Opportunity.
